Leadership – Case Studies

• I co-facilitate the Aspire Women’s Leadership Development Programme through the Victoria University – consisting of eight half-day workshops over four months.
  
  
• I facilitate a frontline leadership programme for Customs NZ Managers which consists of 5 modules and facilitated action learning group sessions over 8 months.
  
  
• I deliver two programmes for Maritime New Zealand:  A management programme for first line managers which includes The Leadership Circle 360, 6 face to face workshops and action learning groups over 6 months. And an emerging leaders programme (6 days over 4 months) for high potentials. 
  
  
• I co-developed and deliver a leadership programme for Wellington Zoo leaders at all levels – 6 half day workshops over 6 months with follow-up 1:1 coaching. 
  
  
• I facilitated an Emerging Leaders programme for the Treasury, Reserve Bank and the intelligence community potential leaders for 8 years.
  
  
• I facilitated the Accelerate Firstline leadership programme and Coaching on the Go programme for Inland Revenue leaders.
  
  
• I delivered a comprehensive leadership programme for first line managers in the Natural Resources sector for five years which included 8 workshops and action learning groups.
  
  
• I completed a roll out of workshops for the NZ Fire Service assisting their Area Managers and Assistant Area Managers to have effective Performance and Development Conversations.
  
  
• I delivered a Team Leader Development Programme for Ministry of Justice for eight years.
